Terms and Conditions of the “Pacifiers, Bottles and Accessories -30%” Promotion
Pacifiers, bottles and accessories -30%. The offer includes products in the promotional collection. The promotional price of each item is shown on the product page and in the order summary. No code or purchase of two products is required.
The -30% promotion is valid from October 11, 2026, to October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Polish time (Europe/Warsaw). The offer is available while stocks last, with the possibility of an extension announced before the promotion ends.
1. Organizer and scope
The organizer is MACIEJ KOWALSKI OutletBaby, NIP 9281982228, REGON 521286125, operating the online store outletbaby.com. Contact: shop@outletbaby.com, tel. +48 516 028 885. Correspondence address: ul. Szkółkarska 25, warehouse 3, 62-002 Suchy Las, Poland.
The promotion is available to all customers placing an order in the online store during the promotion period. It applies to products available for purchase in the “Pacifiers, bottles and accessories -30%” collection when the order is placed. Products outside the collection are not covered by this promotion.
2. Duration and possibility of extension
The promotion is valid from the time the new prices are activated in the store until October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Polish time (Europe/Warsaw), while supplies of individual products last.
The organizer may extend the promotion. Information about the new end date will be published on this page and on the collection page no later than before the current end date. The extension does not occur automatically and does not change the terms of orders already placed.
3. Promotional pricing rules
- The discount is 30% off the base price of the product. It is not an additional discount applied to the price remaining after an earlier promotion.
- The discounted price is rounded to two decimal places and displayed on the product page, in the cart and during checkout.
- The promotion applies from the first item. There is no minimum order value or limit of two discounted items. The available quantity depends on stock.
- No code or account registration is required. A set or multipack is one product; its discounted price applies to the entire set or package.
- Before placing an order, the customer can check the product prices and the total amount payable. Delivery costs are calculated separately.
- By placing an order using the promotion, the customer accepts the terms of these regulations.
4. Product returns and complaints
Participation in the promotion does not limit the statutory right to withdraw from the contract or rights arising from the goods' non-conformity with the contract. The rules for submitting returns and complaints can be found on the Returns and complaints page and in the refund policy.
When a product is returned, the amount actually paid for it, as shown in the order and including the applied discounts, is refunded. A partial return does not cancel the promotional price of the remaining products or result in an additional payment toward their prices. Delivery costs are settled in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Questions and complaints regarding the promotion
Report problems with the discount being applied to shop@outletbaby.com, providing a description of the problem and the order number, if an order has been placed. We will respond to a consumer complaint within 14 days of receiving it. Submitting a complaint does not require waiving any other means of pursuing rights.
6. Other rules
The store regulations, delivery rules and applicable regulations also apply to orders. For matters concerning the promotion, these regulations supplement the store regulations. We process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy; participation does not require signing up for the newsletter.
Changes do not affect rights arising from orders placed before they were announced. In the event of a conflict with mandatory applicable regulations, those regulations shall prevail.
